Elvin Gukhool-Van Patten

Elvin is the Founder and Managing Director of EGRE, a cross-border real estate advisory platform operating across London, Dubai and China. His work spans residential agency, investment advisory, capital introductions and structured real estate transactions, with a focus on private clients, developers and international investors. He has built EGRE around a discreet, data-led and internationally connected approach to property, combining local execution with cross-border market intelligence. Across EGRE’s leadership, advisory network and transaction history, Elvin has been involved in over £1B of real estate activity across the UK, UAE and international markets.

Co-Founder & Managing Director

Lili Zhao

Lili is Co-Founder of EGRE and Head of the China Practice. She leads EGRE’s mainland China presence across Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Xi’an and Chengdu, and has been instrumental in building the firm’s outbound capital programme connecting Chinese private investors with opportunities in Dubai and London. A native Mandarin speaker with deep relationships across mainland China’s private investor and family office communities, Lili brings a disciplined, cross-border perspective to acquisition strategy, client advisory and transaction execution. Her role bridges EGRE’s Asian client base with on-the-ground execution across its London and Dubai platforms.
